Acceptance

By using Snipvid, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The Service

Snipvid is a mobile application that generates videos from photos you provide. The service includes free exports (with watermark, 720p) and paid premium exports (HD, no watermark).

Your Content

You own your photos, music, and generated videos
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload (especially music)
We do not claim any ownership over your content
Uploaded content is deleted from our servers within 1 hour

Purchases

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period
You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
Export credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing period

Free Tier

Free exports include a "snipvid" watermark and are rendered at 720p. Free access may be limited or modified at any time.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Snipvid to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
Automate or script access to the service

Availability

We aim to keep Snipvid available but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

Limitation of Liability

Snipvid is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, failed renders, or service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
